    My laptop is pretty old (Purchased in 2012), when I received it back from a local technician, he had upgraded my version of Windows.

    Since I have been on Windows 10, I’ve noticed my device has ran so much slower (For some bizarre reasons my internet speed is much slower on this laptop than any other device, and the laptop takes ages to power on and use pre-installed programs) and I am unable to download the updated/relevant drivers from HP as it is an old unit with no drivers for Windows 10.

    How can I revert back to Windows 8.1, I tried doing the Restore to a previous version in settings and that only sent me from Windows 10 20H2 back to 1909...

    I have been using this as a spare laptop, I have very few programs installed, no files or malware which could be slowing down my PC.

    Windows 10 Tweaks

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

    I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

    Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

    Any suggestions? *Confused Uninstall Windows 10 :confused:

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
