Windows 10: Uninstalled comport

    I've inadvertently uninstalled a comport in the latest version of Windows 10. How do I reinstall it?

    How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

    I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

    Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

    Any suggestions? *Confused Uninstalled comport :confused:

    Comport 3 went missing.

    A short time ago I received an alert from Microsoft, I assume that there was a problem. I let it be fixed and supposedly the driver was updated. As I recall, it was comport 3 and at the time didn't think too much of it. I went to use it in a project
    I am working on and it wouldn't work. Well, comport 3 is not there. I tried comport 4 but that didn't work. I tried to update the driver as comport 4 had an alert and it is up to date. I have no idea what to do.

    COMPORT is not detecting in VISTA

    Hello to all...

    I have a problem in Connecting DKU-5 Cable with Vista OS.

    First of all i plugged the cable in USB Port, It properly detects and ask me install the drive software for DKU-5.

    Then i inserted the cd, make the process of installation in the Vista machine. The process goes properly while installation.

    At the end of installation the COMPORT is detecting with a error in the Device Manager. The COMPORT which i plugged is with a error symbol. But the Port number is properly shown with a error symbol.

    COMPORT is not accepting in VISTA OS. I think there will some administrator rights problem or security rights... I don't know how to release it. Bcoz i am new to VISTA. So plz help me
