Windows 10: Uninstalling Forza Horizon 3

I have been researching furiously over the last few hours, checking god knows how many forums, all leading to unanswered questions: how to actually uninstall FH3. I was trying to figure out why I was apparently missing 60gb of HDD on my second partition, when I sourced it back to the FH3 install folder that took 55.1gb of inaccessible space found it through TreeSize. The problem is, when I went to uninstall FH3 from the settings tab, it took less than a few seconds but the install folder still remains, hidden to anyone but the SYSTEM which has full control. I can't even reinstall FH3 onto the drive because I don't have enough space, although it would recognise the original install folder and use that. I can't even get rights to uninstall or remove the install folder, as the app store as well as the settings tab doesn't show me a FH3 install. If anyone can help solve this once and for all I would very much appreciate it, as well as many others who struggle with uninstalling any windows store app.

Forza Horizon 3 Folder Can't Be Uninstalled
