  1. Uninstalling KB4535996 while being unable to log into Windows

So yeah, I'm one of the many who got screwed by the KB4535996, my computer was working fine until yesterday it decided to get stuck on that boot screen (with the circles spinning). I'm currently clinging into a last string of hope as I wait for it to move on from this screen (it's been 2 hours since I started this final attempt). In other words, I need to uninstall it as many sources from the internet are recommending to but I have no means of doing it the normal way, so I ask: Is there another way of me removing this update that may or may not include me dual booting it to manually remove the files, registry manipulation and etc? Resetting also seems an option but since I never done that before I'm worried about losing stuff that I have no room for in my backup drives.

    KB4535996

Newest update KB4535996 is crashing machines. Makes the machines lock up and blue screen at log in screens. Not able to get into any safe mode and uninstall this update. Forcing rebuild and GPO's to block this particular update. Microsoft says they havent
heard of any problems. however when you search the web there is a slue of issues just from this optional update. Anyone else having issues w this KB?
