Windows 10: Unknown app

A zip file has just appeared on my desktop. Diagnostic_v2.0.7.1_5_1222.exe. Does anyone know what this is please? I have searched online but only 3 results come up, All 3 are ITsafety.net who say "ITSafety blog will help you to clean your system from Adware, Trojans and other malicious software."Many thanksSueP

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

X800 GTO2 = Unknown Device

I flashed the BIOS on my X800 GTO2 last night and it is listed in the Device Manager as an Unknown Device. Is this normal?

• Where exactly you get this error “Unknown certificate expires”? at the taskbar besides the clock
• Is your system connected to the Domain? Yes, but this only happes to 4 pcs, the rest 3.000 are working fine.

I followed your suggestion and posted the question at technet forums.
