Windows 10: UNKNOWN email sender

Been getting new emails that are junk from....

I have created rules and clicked set as Junk...emails keep coming in.


I have no idea of this site .@urmzcqaljc.WDeVp.net


and again where XXXis my actual 1st name and 1st initial of my Last name. is displayed..

IMAP email displaying (Unknown Sender) for From and (no subject) for subject

Has anyone sorted this problem with netaddress emails? I use a usa.net account and all my emails are listed as

(unknown sender)

this is a deal breaker for me, I will have to leave usa.net which I have had for 20 odd years! Or is this a microsoft problem?

Any help would be much appreciated.

 

Delete email sender

You can try these steps:

1. Sign in to your Hotmail account.

2. Click Options located at the upper-right side of the page.

3. Select More Options.

4. Under Preventing junk email, click Safe and blocked senders.

5. Click Blocked senders.

6. Enter the email address or domain on the box labeled Blocked email address or domain: and click Add to list >>.



Note: Please make sure that the email addresses that you have blocked are not included on your Safe sender's list and/or Contacts lists, otherwise, it would not work properly.

Let us know if you need further help with blocking an email address.

 

'unknown sender'

I get 'Unknown Sender' when sending emails to a new contact from Windows Mail on my laptop running Windows 10. They don't get sent but sit in a folder somewhere.
