    Hi Sir,


    I have above issue happened on my PC window 10, 64bit system.


    This problem Unknown USB Device Device Description Request Failed will keep pop out with sound several times and disappear again, and repeating...


    I have searched at internet for the related problem follow their steps by steps but still cannot solve it.


    I have tried such as troubleshooting update the driver software, uninstalled, change the power plan in USB setting and etc but still no work for the problem.


    Note: my PC model is Acer , XC-605

    When I connect my Tascam 202 MKVII cassette player to record through USB port using Windows 10 OS, the USB port shows this message and does not recognize the hardware.

    May I please know, How to get rid of this issue?
