Windows 10: unknown user

I cannot get to it, I click on the command prompt button and it shows an option , choose an account to continue , but the only account shown is the jamey jamme account.

 

Catch 22 - you need sign in as an administrator, but the only administrator account available is now 'Jamey jamme'.

There is another way to enable the built in Administrator account...

 

I some how managed to get there but the vale was already 10, so I changed it to 11. but it did nothing for the problem. I went back to command prompt and selected the jamey jamme account and it showed an email address L: lovemom2008@mail.com . I restarted the computer and back to the original problem. For the jamey jamme account entered lovemom2008 for the pass word and it worked. Now I have to find out how to get rid of that account and put in an account for my daughter
