    Unknown window appear every so often.


    Hi.
    Windows 10 Pro

    I've just noticed every so often a window appears and disappears before I've had any chance to see what it is.

    I've not noticed anything strange in my running processes or services.

    Avast, Malwarebytes, Super Anti Spyware, Windows Defender all show everything as OK.

    Any way I can find out what it is ?

    Alarm/Chime sounds every so often...

    Do you have e-mail set up on your phone? If you do, that may be why it happens every so often. There will be a tone no matter which mailbox gets mail.



    Settings -> tone profiles -> whichever is your main profile -> customize - Mail alert tone

    Hi All...

    Hope someone can PLEASE help me here with (a problem), or maybe not a problem.!!



    I recently changed mobile phones and got myself the N8 and I love it.!!



    Only thing I am finding is that every so often (Not hourly or even at regular intervals) I find that the phone chimes once as if an Alarm has been set or something similar, But I cannot see
    ANY alarms turned or or even created.??



    Is there something that I am missing in trying to find the culprit.??



    Everytime it happens, my wife says to me "Did you just get a cvall or msg on your phone.?" I look and there is nothing new..??



    Please help.!!

    Unknown window appear every so often.

    I just started noticing that too, today. I ran malwarebytes and it found zero problems. I haven't been able to get a pattern as to when it appears, have you? It is so fast it doesn't even draw the window contents, so I cannot tell what it is.

    I'm looking at processExplorer right now...

    same here - white window flashes up and is gone in less that a second. I think it was on boot up.
