Windows 10: Unlink Microsoft Account w/ Sea Of Thieves

Hi, so I purchased Sea of thieves on my Steam account and linked it to one of my Microsoft accounts. Now, the Microsoft account it was linked with was deleted and I'm trying to link my New Microsoft account within Sea of thieves. It asks me to log in, but after logging twice inside SOT, it gives me an Ashbeard error. I have read an article about Ashbeard's error and have followed all steps. But the same problem seems to persist. When I just click "Start-Game" it gives me a Temporary service error, which fixed for my friend when he just clicked sign-out and sign-in. Please help me with the issu

I can understand the situation must be difficult for you when the Microsoft Store app doesn't work as it should.

• Have you signed in to the same account that was used for purchase?

Unable to download Sea of Thieves from Store

Hi,

Thank you for the reply.

Kindly follow the below steps.

Step 1: Launch Microsoft Store and click on the Account icon on the top right corner of Microsoft Store.

Step 2: Enter the email address that you used during the purchase of Sea Of Thieves game. (The email address that you have received as purchase verification mail for Sea Of Thieves).

Step 3: Once you have logged into Microsoft Store, search for Sea Of Thieves game by clicking on the Search bar on the top right corner of Microsoft Store.

Step 4: Select the Sea Of Thieves game, download and install.

sea of thieves

Today I downloaded sea of thieves on my windows 10. I opened sea of thieves and it suddenly closed the game after a split second, I tried multiple times but got nothing, any suggestions?
