Windows 10: Unlock an ASUS Zenbook 14X

When setting up my ASUS Zenbook 14X, I set face recognition to unlock. Also, I set up a pin and I cannot remember that. Now the face recognition has stopped working and is asking me for a pin, which I cannot remember? How to I over ride this?I have tried starting and holding town F9 and restarting and pressing ESC and F2 as well as starting and holding down Shift key. I went to the UEFI screen and subsequent UEFI screens, for a while I even got BitLocker Recovery message screen. I managed to get out of that and revert back to the windows screen that asks me for the pin. original setting. I

Asus Zenbook stuck on Asus logo

Hi,

I have a ASUS Zenbook laptop which recently received a windows update.

Ever since the update - the laptop would not start up and it would just go in a loop

"Attempting to recover installation.." "Undoing changes made to your computer...". and then restart (this cycle would just keep repeating)

I took it to IT and they tried to get into Recovery mode by keeping the power button pressed firmly during this loop and also pressing the "ESC F1 F2 F3". After doing this multiple times

Now the machine just shows the ASUS logo and doesn't even try to boot up.

I need to get my laptop up and running - is that even possible at this point? Can you please suggest steps to troubleshoot / recover from this situation?

Asus Zenbook UX305 touchpad multitouch functions stopped working. I suspect windows update cause problem. Any suggestions to solve. Asus helpdesk ask me to reinstall windows. But I cannot as lot of data is in the PC. Appriciate help if some one can suggest
to resolve.
