Windows 10: unlock temporary files in disk cleanup

I have tried everything in about 30 pages of help and I cannot unlock the file to delete it. Thanks in advance charlie

• We would like to confirm if you were running the Disk Cleanup utility?
• Can you confirm that the only files you cannot delete were all temporary Internet files?
• Was there a lock displayed beside the temporary Internet files?
• Were there any error messages when you tried to run a disk clean up.
• Can you send us a screenshot of the error message?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Disk Cleanup - Padlock on Temporary Internet Files

dear Microsoft I have the same problems as these guys in disk cleanup I can tick temporary internet files yes there is padlock right next to check box yes but it says it cleaned them all up sure all except these frigin temporary files no matter how many time
you do this it stays the same for my case 4gb.so all of you say is ****.i unlocked the true hidden files in windows which is not recommended by the way from Microsoft I wonder why.. and then those temporary file folder appeared finally in c/users/username/temporary
internet files and before I hadn't reveal system hidden files only the normal ones I typed temporary internet files in the path where the folder should have been and said acess denied.anyway now that I see the folder I enter and guess what there is a folder
named content ie5 and says access denied good **** job Microsoft.it doesn't say even size only that acess is denied congratz so I ask wtf is up with this **** and let me **** delete my temporary internet files that seem to be linked also to my online account
(mail) I use for windows 10......
