unpredictable BSOD during office usage, caused by *ntoskrnl.exe*

Hi,

Since a couple of months I'm experiencing random BSODs with the messages, HTML Code: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
, HTML Code: KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION
, and HTML Code: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
. I've tried using WhoCrashed and followed the TenForums' Tutorial to use WinDbg. Unfortunately, both do not indicate a particular non-microsoft driver as cause of the problem. Instead, it seems that system modules are causing the issue (mainly "ntoskrnl.exe" & "ntkrnlmp.exe"). I've tried finding a way to reproduce the BSOD, however to no avail. The only suspicion I have is that the BSOD sometimes happens when the laptop has been in sleep mode and woken up.

The device is a Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro i5 Ultrabook.

Here's what I've tried so far:
- updating all intel drivers (WiFi, Chipset, BT, GPU, DTPF) and VPN services (cisco anyconnect) to the most recent versions
- downgrading the drivers to those that came with the laptop (+ old version of VPN service)
- reinstalling the original WiFi card
- applied fresh thermal paste to the cpu
- removing all external devices (SD-Slot, USBsticks etc..)
- updated Windows 10 Pro to most recent version
- formatted and did a clean install of Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC
- removed dualboot setup, in case the issue was related to an interference between Ubuntu (which ran fine, btw) and Windows

As this is my work machine, I'm desperate to fix this. I'd thus be very thankful for any help!

attached is the result of the V2 log collector.

Thanks!

:)
