[UNSOLVED] BSOD when launching games and more?

Over the past week or two, I have been having BSOD issues with my fairly new, one year old PC. I initially had those issues quite bad, being unable to even get past BIOS but after disabling 'Intel Turbo Boost' in BIOS settings, the PC turned on and worked well for a week.

However, the BSODs returned yesterday, seemingly for no reason. I don't think there has been any update, unless some are done automatically, I was simply playing a game online Black Desert Online and suddenly I got a BSOD.

What I've done since the BSOD:

    1. Performed a Prime95 test - no issues
    2. Performed a Memtest86 test - no issues
    3. Performed a Furmark test - no issues
    4. Reinstalled Windows from scratch
    5. Went to device manager and clicked to update every single thing on there - a couple of things updated but still BSOD

So after the above, the current issue is as follows:

The PC is booting up without any issues, I'm browsing the internet with no issues, watching streams, videos etc. with no issues. However, as soon as I launch a game tried both Black Desert Online and installed Fortnite to check another game I either get the game to crash and return to desktop or I get a freeze and BSOD. I also had two occasions when I was updating a driver or performing something other than launching a game and got a BSOD. One of the occasions was when I had to update .Net framework and got a BSOD DPC watchdog violation although I don't think the particular update had anything to do with the BSOD. When updating some other driver, I also got a 'Page fault in a non paged area' stopcode.

I'm not really an expert with PCs and simply follow online advice, but with the above details in mind and all the tests I've done on hardware, I felt like hardware doesn't seem to be a problem and it's likely software issue. However, I don't know how to identify what software/driver causes the problem and how to fix it...

Lastly, I uploaded my two most recent mini dumps here - https://we.tl/t-unL5AyyMv1

    Hoping someone can help.

    :)

  2. Launching games

    Hi Wesley,

Windows 10 is gamer-friendly by design. If an issue like being unable to launch a game happens, it can be caused by outdated display driver or other factors that cause conflict when launching the app. For us to better assist you, we'd like to ask for additional
    information. Please answer the following:

    • What build and version of Windows 10 are you using?
    • Are you getting an error message when launching the game?
    • Have you made any changes to the settings or installed updates prior to this issue?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
    • What specific games are you having issues with?

We will wait for your response.

  3. Unsolvable Pyramid Game

Unless I'm missing something, there are times when the Pyramid game within the Microsoft Solitaire Collection, is unsolvable. It is so frustrating to be playing this game and then up pops a game that is completely unsolvable. This appears to be a software
bug. If I'm missing anything here, I sure wish someone would clarify it for me. The threads I've seen so far from Microsoft in replies from other users are absolutely pointless. Microsoft is this a bug?????

    Thanks
