    Unwanted VPN Intrusion


    I have Norton security Premium and have turned off most of the Microsoft features, no phone access, no remote control access, etc. I keep VPN access turned off, but today I saw two phone VPN connections to my pc, and one of them is Car-123f properties, Honda Generation 1mid grade and the other is douglas Properties. How could these connections be on my pc? I use Frontier Fios ethernet connection and turned Airplane Mode on. Anyone can answer this? I am trying to figure out where is the breaking point, is this a Windows problem, Frontier problem, or Norton problem.
