Windows 10: Update 1903 for Windows 10 Pro crashed Outlook

I am by no means any kind of expert with computers, programming, etc. The latest Windows 10 Pro update 1903 done today (3 hours) has crashed my Outlook and it is no longer receiving my email from my Xfinity account. Easy to understand way to trouble shoot this problem? Have no idea where to begin (other than taking it to my computer repair guy ($$$).

Mafia 2 crashes on Windows 10

oki another update, weird I cloned my Windows 8.1 Pro to another SSD, after that I upgraded it to Windows 10 Pro and now Mafia 2 runs no issues no crashes so far

How to install outlook express on windows xp with explorer 8?

This is an awkward problem to solve and one I don't think is worth the time and effort.

The OP would be better off either using a modern webmail service like gmail or outlook.com or using a modern email client like Windows Live Mail like FX-GMC suggested or Thunderbird from Mozilla. If nothing else, Outlook Distress was notorious for corrupting its data files and losing all your email in one easy step. Not worth it.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
