Windows 10: Update 1909 and 1903 not working well.

Guys, I come here because I don't know how to proceed with my computer anymore, I've been facing the same problem for days and I can't solve it, I tried two versions of windows. I will detail the situation for you:

-a little slow system in general

-button start does not work (not even using the mouse to open)

-steam disconnects and no longer enters (only the initial screen with the username remains, entering the password does not enter the account)

• 
  overall impaired navigation (does not fully load settings or other programs such as browsers, and the system is generally slow)
  
  -programs don't open well and if closed they won't open again (browsers and steam are an example)
  
  -mozzila firefox doesn't even open
  
  -back to a restore point prior to the problem presented does not solve the situation
  
  -the formatting of the system works only in the first two hours after formatting and installed programs, then the same problems appear (I'm sure of that, I've formatted the computer 5 times, poor my SSD)
  
  -Creating a new user does not solve the problem (the new user doesn't even start)
  
  -I've already tested the hardware, SSD, HDs and ram (two modules with 4gb) and everything is ok.
  
  Before I had installed the Fall Creators update installed in dual boot in order to prepare the new update 1909 on the computer, however I was never able to succeed in this, facing the same problems while Fall Creators worked well (I exclude it because I thought the dual boot was interfering with proper functioning).
  
  I ask you to help me, because I don't know what else to do.

Windows 10 1903 1909 repeated failure to update

Well would't you know it. I did everything, every step, all the suggestions, months of failed downloads and was going to wipe everything tomorrow and start again, but remembered I hadn't tried your suggestion of updating to 1809 before 1903/09, and blow
me down, but it's updated to 1809 with ease!

I have yet to dare to try and get it to update to 1909 but it's the 1st progress in months, so thanks.

No you do not need to update to 1809 - 1903 if you are currently on version 1803, then version 1909 will appear in the list of updates and will automatically be installed on your PC since 1803 has run out of support

You do not need to do anything, 1909 is currently spreading around the world, just give it time to appear in the list of pending updates . . .

 

Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.
