Windows 10: Update 2004 stalls at 61%

    Update 2004 stalls at 61%


    I can not install feature update 2004, it stalls at 61% and restarting the computer or turning off my panda dome virus software does not help. I have left it to run for a whole day but it stays on 61% no time out or fault code messages appear it just stops and does not go any further. Tried reanitionlizing download and install no result. I realy do not want to reinstall my computer but this seems as if it might be my only option. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.

    Windows doesn't ask for reboot.

    If I reboot Windows does the download but 61% of the time it installs and stays still without giving errors.

    I have checked that I have enough free space on my HD.

    On another PC the update worked!

    When you say 'update to Windows 10 stalling at 99%' are you referring to upgrade to Windows 10 is stuck or unable to update Windows to different builds?

    If your upgrade to Windows 10 Is stuck at 99% then refer the link below suggested by
