Windows 10: Update 20H2 won't install

Discus and support Update 20H2 won't install in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I'm running Windows 10 Home version 1909 OS Build 18363.1082 on an HP Notebook 15 dw0052wm and for some reason any attempt to upgrade to version 20H2...     Update 20H2 won't install


    I'm running Windows 10 Home version 1909 OS Build 18363.1082 on an HP Notebook 15 dw0052wm and for some reason any attempt to upgrade to version 20H2 forces the PC to power off instantly and power on again. I've tried upgrading via Windows Update, Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant, and even attempting the upgrade using the 20H2 installation ISO and it's the same result in each instance. Could it be hardware-compatibility issues? Is there a preferably safe way to get the update without having to format my laptop or do a clean installation?

    20H2 should not be installed right-away on your device - MS said the rollout is only to a fraction of users and would be labeled as an optional update initially. Are you enrolled in WIP?

    You may uninstall 20H2 using the steps below:
