    You shouldn't be looking at this at all.

    1. Configure your BIOS to boot from the flash drive before the hard disk.
    2. Shut down your PC
    3. Insert the flash drive
    4. See the PC boot from your flash drive and not to a login prompt.

    That's how to start a clean install.

    Please study this carefully. Print it or have it open on some device. Then proceed.
