  1. Update caused system crash. Critical event 4502 no crash dump files

presently Windows 11 Home 23H2 22631.2506an attempted update yesterday caused an unrecoverable error. And of course automatic repair failed.Fortunately I was able to recover from a restore point.WhoCrashed showed crash dumps are enabled, but none recorded, nor can I see any in c:/windows. There is no minidump folder.I se no failed updates here. My questions - how can I find out details of the attempted update that crashed my PC;why are there no dump files I have page file enabled, I've been through all the recommendations

    :)

BSOD Help (also crashes without BSODs and dump files)

The rebooting issue I am suffering does not generate a blue screen or dump files. After doing some research, it was recommended that I try running Windows' driver reviewer to stress the drivers and potentially generate BSODs to gain some insight into what could be causing the aforementioned reboots. Once I began running reviewer, that is when I was able to create blue screens and the dump files that I attached to this post. Hopefully, they are pointing me in the right direction; however, I am a bit skeptical. Since I cannot seem to cause a reboot using cpu, ram, or gpu stress tests, I find it very difficult to pinpoint whether my problem is with hardware or software. I hope your suggestion to uninstall Panda fixes the problem, but only time will tell.

System crashes/shuts down, no BSOD, cause unknown

Thanks for the help. The event log shows critical errors on times this crash has occurred. In each case on summary page it states there was a "kernal power" issue: EventID 41 and Task Category 63. I have no idea what that actually means except that the system shutdown "unexpectedly." Event viewer says "This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly." This occurred maybe 15 times sporadically since mid Feb.

So what would next step be? I looked over the more detailed info in Event Viewer and hadn't a clue what i was reading.

    Thsnks, Denis
