Windows 10: update download fail

Hi all
I have ms office XP and it has served me well over the years and I see no reason to upgrade. However, there are 5 updates that have been offered to me and I always have them download and install, but it fails every time it is tried. I downloaded “ Windows update mini tool” and that gives methe option to download without installing and that tells me that the download fails, not the install. Here are the files:

This update tool also gives me the option to copy the complete download address to the clipboard and then I can past them into my browser and can download manually.
When I do that the only thing I get is : an error occurred

Anyone have any idea on what is going on?

Windows 10 haven't updated to version 1511 --- How to find product key

I haven't run the ISO disk as of yet, I want the current product key in hand, on a post it note, prior to doing that, not interested in MS bullS**T about it not being needed. 2 hours online with tech support and they can't cope with the question of how
can the current product key be accessed in windows 10.

I've never owned a Apple product, but I can never see buying or having another MS product in my household after this.

Microsoft provides many options to get the latest feature upgrade manually. You can use any of:

Upgrade assistant

Media Creation Tool

ISO File

to get Fall Creators update right now.

Media Creation tool has an Edge over the Upgrade assistant in my opinion as it offers a greater degree of flexibility of downloading and using the ISO file so that one can deploy it on multiple computers.

 

If you go to the Microsoft Update Catalog you'll find none of the KB's are available for download anymore. So download will fail. MS dropped support for office XP awhile ago.

 

Or it may be that those particular updates have been pulled for some reason (superseded? flawed?). There are still 102 other updates for Office XP listed on the Microsoft Update Catalog here: Microsoft Update Catalog

I also see the last Office XP update was 2012 so Sven unless you haven't done an update in the last 4 years no reason to expect anything new to show up and work
