Windows 10: update error 0x80070643

I have a specific update not wanting to download, it shows error 0x80070643. I went through all the steps in the automated help section and it still doesn't work. Weirdly enough other updates of the system I had did update with no problem. The update that doesn't want to download is related to windows security.I'm trying to downloads a vpn program but it fails and shows that item 0x80070490 is missing, so I figured the two errors are interconnected.Please help

Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.
