Windows 10: Update error 0x80073712

Win update cannot be updated and gives the following error 0x80073712, then dism and sfc gives errors and the problem cannot be solved.[Original Title: Update error]

I have had this error code 0x80073712 now for 4 months. I tried to fix the below-mentioned step:

1. By troubleshooting windows update issue didn't resolve
   
2. Did DIMS scan and repair. Re-start the device and receive the same error again.
