Windows 10: Update error 0x800f0982

Guys I can't update to KB4505903
Now are days that I try again with Windows Update, but the message is always the same.





Even manually, same outcome.





I performed the Windows update reset procedure, I checked the corrupted files (sfc / scannow) with a regular result.
Do I have to format or wait for the next update? *Sad

(KB4480116) - Error 0x800f0982


For the past 2 days I have been trying to get windows update (KB4480116) to install and it always comes up with this error code-Error 0x800f0982..I have cleaned software distribution folder and even downloaded the manual install file and it wont take..Any tips appreciated in getting this to install...Right now I have Windows 10 Pro 1809-build 17763.134 .

So I have been having problems lately :/ Since the new update came out: '2019-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems (KB4489899)', I can't download it, it says "Updates failed. There were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again later. Error 0x800f0982" Not only this, but my PC can't boot up normally. When I press the ON button, there is a black screen and I have to press the restart button to boot the system normally (this happens only since this error). Any help would do thank you and have a nice day!
