Windows 10: Update failign to install error 0x80073712

My laptop was on Windows 10 version 1803 and I found it failed to install cumulative updates 2018-12 to 2019-04 all with the error 0x80073712 - some update files missing or having problems. Support first time got me to upgrade to version 1809 so 4 hours later when I checked cumulative updates 2019-02 & 2019-04 are still failing to load same error. Support second time done various things then tried to resolve it by running same upgrade but I stopped them and they disappeared. Support third time done more various things and tried to get me to upgrade again but it and again support disappeared. Does anyone know how to fix this problem or how I can escalate a complaint? I've also tried using the stand alone installer and 2019-02 downloaded so I accepted the terms and conditions only to find it wouldn't install the upgrade. Tried same with 2019-04 and it told me the update wasn't applicable to my pc :-(

I am not able to connect the i phone with PC (dell windows 10 64bit) due following update error Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80073712)

I tried with following options but still problem update is due

Step 1: Use System File Checker to repair damaged Windows files

Step 2: Run the DISM tool

Please suggest me how to solve this issuse
