    Hi, I hope someone has the solution - I have 23 failed updates!!!


    I keep getting an Update for Access 2002 (KB904018) trying and failing to install on my PC which has been updated to Windows 10 - I no longer have Access on the machine but it keeps trying to install and fails each time - how can I stop it?

    Thanks Annu

    I have run the scan as suggested and the result was that no issues were found.

    I am still getting the update trying to install and failing.

    I have also done a search for anything relating to Access and no files or folders are found relating to the program.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply - no I've searched the computer and no Access software folder is shown to exist - I looked at the link suggested but I don't think that it will resolve the issue. It only seems to cover updates that are installed and causing problems
    and allows an

    uninstall. The update seems to try to install every day since upgrading to W10 on or about 07/08/2015
