Windows 10: Update for build 1803 KB4457128 caused 0xc000021a loop

Subject says it all. It started after i reset my rig so it can install. Then it started BOSD looping with this error. Nothing worked other than to reset windows or read off an image recovery file. I thought it was the other updates until I isolated it. Error/BOSD loop happened 4 times in a row. 2 times resulting in a windows reset (kept files), other 2 where i went back to an image file. Even tried the windows update repair application to. Still happened.

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
