    I do not believe I have received this update as I still can not uncap the frame rate in Forza Apex or turn V-sync off.

    Is there a direct download so I can get this update thanks

    I found the direct link and downloaded the three KB3156421 updates. two of the three said already installed, but one of them says update is not applicable to your computer, I think because it was a 32bit update. Am I just still waiting on the Windows Store update? Everyone else has seemed to have gotten the update but me
