As the subject said, I am having problem trying to update my windows 10, Can someone help me with this problem?

Whenever I use two fingers to scroll down on the touchpad of my laptop my computer goes into rest mode. I read to fix this problem I should update windows. I get the following error when I try to update:

I tried using the windows update troubleshooter which says it successfully fixed problems, but the above error still appears when trying to update.

Here is some information about my version of windows:

Edition: Windows 10 Home

Version: 1703

OS Build: 15063.540

And i have several computers, and it reporting the same on them all, non of them can install this update..

Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB4033631) Failed to Install

Every night, my PC keeps rebooting to update. However, I keep getting this message:

Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB4033631)

Failed to Install

How can I correct/fix this?
