Windows 10: Update from Win 10 Pro 1803 to 1903 or 1909

I am trying to update from 10 Pro 1803 to either 1903 or 1909 however I keep gettying the following come up:

Realtek Bluetooth
Your PC has a driver service that isnt ready for this version of Windows 10. A new version is available. Please go to aka.ms/realtek_bt_1_5 to learn more

I have foillowed what is recommended but OI dont have Realtek Bluetooth or if I do I cannot find it. In my Device Manager under Bluetooth all I have is the following

Generic Bluetooth Radio

Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R)

Microsoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator

Uproar Wireless

Uproar Bluetooth Avrcp Transport Driver
Мì¢ŕōѕôƒţ ßłūēŧöøţђ Ëηüмэяаŧőř

There are no Realtek devices there


Under Network Adaptors the only Realtek device is

Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller

Under Sound Video and Game Controlers thge only Relatek Device is

Realtek High Definition Audio


So my question is, If Bluetooth has no Realtek and Network and Sound are not Bluetooth devices what Bluetooth is it telling me needs updating?

Win 10 1803 to 1903 update

My Desktop computer running Win 10 updated from version 1803 to 1903 a while back, but my Desktop running Win 10 version 1803

I'm assuming the update 1803 to 1903 has now resumed after the earlier problems caused a suspension?

Any thoughts, suggestions?

 

Windows 10 update 1909

No you do not need to update to 1809 - 1903 if you are currently on version 1803, then version 1909 will appear in the list of updates and will automatically be installed on your PC since 1803 has run out of support

You do not need to do anything, 1909 is currently spreading around the world, just give it time to appear in the list of pending updates . . .

 

Windows 10 update 1909

Hey,

I've just clean installed windows 10. It is build 1803.

Today awesome 1909 have launched. I want to update to 1909 but in settings it is showing me option to upgrade to 1809. My friend told me I have to upgrade to 1809, then 1903 and then finally 1909.

I want to directly upgrade to 1909 without going through intermediate steps. How can I do this?
