Update March 2020 - Network status "Not connected"

    Hi

After update on March 2020 - possible KB4540673 - network status starts show "Not connected" but Internet is still working in browsers Chrome, Firefox, Edge etc.. Microsoft Office licensing service doesn't work though Outlook shows "Need password", and by clicking on it shows message "There is no internet connection...". I work in company so we use Microsoft Office 365 Business. The problem obviously appeared on Windows 10. There are many different computers running Windows 10 so I think problem with internet drivers could be excluded. We are using proxy.

Steps I already tried to fix this problem:

    1. Restart computer

    2. Reset network settings cmd and by interface

    3. Delete network adapter and drivers and reinstall them by downloading latest version from motherboard manufacture website.

    4. Disable SMB and reboot computer.

    5. Enable SMB and reboot.

    6. sfc /scannow and Dism restoreHealth

    7. Disable antivirus

Nothing worked. The only thing that work is to DELETE UPDATE KB4540673. After that network status returns to normal.

BUT, it works on some machines, because on the other ones this update is restricted to delete.

I will really appreciate your help.

    :)
