Windows 10: Update Problem. KB4565503 Laptop display disabled.

When KB4565503 was installed. Restarted my laptop, the main screen is not available. I had to connect to my TV to uninstall this update.

KB4565503 installed again and had to uninstall again.

MSI GE73 Raider RGB. Windows10 home.

How to disable this update? or fix this issue from the update.

Is that correct?

How do you know its the display that's bad?

Just google "how to change display on a acer 5745"

Should get you to step by step instructions. But first make sure its the display that's bad

In regards to your concern, since the second screen can't detect the display settings of your other laptop, we suggest that you perform the steps below and see if it helps:

• Go to Settings.
• Click on System.
• Under System, choose Display.
• Under Multiple displays, click on Duplicate these displays and apply.

How to disable a laptop screen?

Closing it got rid of the laptop's display from being shown in the "Screen Resolution" list, so now it's just the two externals...but it still is saying Unable to Save Display Settings.
