Windows 10: Update to 2004 from 1909

Windows Updates offered to update to Windows 2004 which I did, it too over 1 hour to get to the lock screen and sign in screen. The only issues I have found were that I had to personalise my background picture on the desktop and I still have the issue with Edge Chromium where many but not all videos on Facebook I get a message "Sorry, we're having trouble loading this video"




This does not happen when using Edge Classic, Chrome or on another pc running Windows 2004 and Edge Chromium so I guess it has to do with my main pc. But strange that the issue is with Edge Chromium and Facebook and no other platform like YouTube or the BBC or Films & TV app!

update from 1909 to 2004

I had ver 2004 on my compter when it started stopping and starting on its own so i uninstalled 2004 today my computer offered me ver 2004 but during the update it says unalbe to update your computer

this computer can't be upgraded to ver 2004 any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

 

1909 vs 2004

I thought (maybe) or suggested (possibly) this seemed to be true immediately with 2004, but after being with it for a few days I do find & feel 2004 superior to 1909. No, this isn't from fancy lab set ups & testing
or Swiss stop-watches... nothing but, plain ole everyday use.

2004, same hardware, same software, definitely is faster, snappier, more responsive & more fluid than 1909 (was).

Windows update 2004 from 1909

Hi all.

Yesterday I upgraded windows 10 from 1909 to 2004, after many hours of downloading and installing I finally got there.

But I came across an error, after finally getting the installation finalised I was taken back to the update window where I was presented with another upgrade "Features update for windows 2004" or similar words, I started to install this but halfway through
it crashed, so I rebooted and tried again, this time it finished the download, rebooted then checked windows Version, to my amazement I still had Windows 1909 installed.

So why is this, and has anybody got any answers to this.
