Windows 10: Update to Cumulative 1903, can't get to log in screen

Updated computer running Windows 10 Pro. Update completed and ask to reboot, but when it come back up, can not get into login screen. When you try the screen blurs for minute maybe and then just goes to the same screen. There is no indication to F2, F12 when booting. Try to do a system restore will not complete. Tried to do trouble shoot all from the recovery USB.

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

Hi there, for those that have successfully installed and running the May 2019 Win 10 Version 1903 Update, has anyone have more than these Quality/ Cumulative Updates?

1.Cumulative Update for Win 10 version 1903 for x64-based system ( KB4497935 )

2. Cumulative Update for Win 10 version 1903 x64-based system for Adobe Flash Player (KB4497932)

3. Cumulative Update for .Net Framework for Win 10 version 1903 for x64-based system (KB4495620)

4. Cumulative Update for Win 10 Version 1903 for x64-based system (KB4505293) -latest one installed today, June 12th 2019

These are the current Cumulative Updates for Win 10 Version 1903 I have received and successfully installed into three of my systems, beside the usual antivirus security Updates. Would be interested to hear from anyone who

might have more Cumulative Updates from the ones listed here

Black Screen after Log on

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?
