Windows 10: update to laptop causing blue screen 0xc000021a

yesterday i updated my laptop now i cant access my laptop Blue Screen with the above error when i go to f8 and try to undo updates or enter cmd to try to repair it ask for my microsoft account password i enter it which i know is my password and it says incorrect password. i also tried not entering a password and tried old passwords. i cant lose my files i tried using an old recovery flash drive and it wont boot that either this is a new laptopCouple months old

Blue screen 0xc000021a on installation of Windows 10

Having trouble installing Win 10 from a usb stick. I've attached some pics of the boot process and my bios. It happened after trying to "reset" from Windows 10. I have reset the bios on the board with the jumpers. Deleted all partitions on drive and tried it both as having a C:\ drive already registered and not. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Currently booting from a Hiren's USB so have a few options. Never used it before but was useful for formatting the HDD etc.

I would think it was a hardware problem if it wasn't for it being fine before this. Must be drivers or bios settings?
