Windows 10: Update to version 1903 keeps failing, error 0x80070003

I'm not really sure how to proceed here...the rest of my Windows updates seem to be happening okay, but the actual move to 1903 has failed several times with this error code. I'm not noticing any other issues on the machine. If anyone can give me some ideas as to why, I'd really appreciate it.

Windows Store keep on failing to update with 0x80070003

Many thanks for your response. I tried doing the steps you have suggested but still I cannot update my apps in Windows Store. Like now currently I have 4 apps which keep on failing to update with the error code 0x80070003.
Then when I try clicking check for updates it will add 3 more apps. Then I will try to update the 7 apps, the 3 newly added apps say completed but the 4 apps still have the Error Try that again, with the error code above. I will try to update again, and the
same thing happens even after trying all the steps you have suggested.

Windows 10 feature update to version 1903 fails with error code 0x80070003 after numerous attempts. I have followed Microsoft's own guide to fix Windows update problems to no avail (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/10164/fix-windows-update-errors).
Please help me, I would be very thankful.

I successfuly upgraded to 1903!

I looked in SetupAct.log and saw that Windows was copying files from the User folder. It failed copying Application Data\Microsoft\Forms and that caused error 0x80070003. I already knew that from the "setuperr.log". I moved the Application Data and its content to the desktop and tried to upgrade.

It worked!

I still don't know why Windows failed to copy that specific folder (which is empty and seems to be related to Outlook).
