    The word is, that 1903 will be released in a couple of weeks

    Heep a watch on this page, and when you see the May 2019 Feature Update listed there, you can click 'Update Now' so you will get the update without needing to wait:

    USB issue with win10 1903 update

    1. What is the exact issue that you are facing with the USB drive?
    2. What do you mean when you say "sub-directory link" and "if its saved on a USB drive"?
    3. Is the USB drive letter changing itself after the 1903 update?

    W10 May 2019 Update 1903

    The update 1903 was released today May 15 2019, my computer went to black screen on reboot with the install circle, hung up. Reboot into repair and restored back to the date before the update was installed. When restored I went back in to windows and
    downloaded the Troubleshooting Pack off Windows 10 web site. Ran the troubleshooting program 1903 downloaded without no problems. I have a 64 bit .
