Windows 10: update windows 10 error

Whenever I try to update Windows 10, I get an error message to delete Avira Antivirus 2018, however, when I try locate the app, I can never locate the app and therefore can't complete the Windows 10 update. Because my Windows update is complete, it is affecting other programs I try to run.
