  1. Update

If you have a computer running windows os and it is running slow or not working like you would like it to, one step that always helps me is a 2 part troubleshooting step. Part 1 is simply turning it off and leaving it off for about 5 mins and then turn it back on. The second part of this step is to simply check for software updates. To check for software updates simply click the windows icon on bottom left of screen, then go to setting, and then click update (some might say update and security) and click check for updates. Those 2 steps usually help any computer running any windows os. Also cleaning up your disk space and throwing out unwanted or no longer needed items.

    :)

Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Thanks for the suggestions and for the time to respond Update :) Best regards.

And thanks for the tip of that program, I'll have it on my list.

    • Adds Processor Context ID (PCID) support
The revised older SKUs that are built on K0 stepping will be market-available by October 16.
