Windows 10: Updated to Win10: Now Windows Update stuck at 0%

I updated to Windows 10 using the Media Creation Tool (directly, not with USB or Disk).

Everything appears to be fine except Windows Update now does not appear to work. It is stuck on 0%.




Not sure why, not sure how to resolve the issue.

• Did you make any changes to the computer prior to the issue?
• What is the KB(Knowledge Base) number of that Windows update?

Win10 Update stuck at 0% (cumulative 2016 May)

Hi!

It has been sitting like this for a week now. Tried restart, tried the troubleshooter(said everything was fine) and tried to get the update manually online but it failed due to me running Edge and not regular Internet Exploder. I'm running on a Teclast tablet
and its a Win10 Home version.

Any ideas?
