    Please note Project Spartan and Cortana are under heavy development. I use both and them seem to work.

    Are you getting an error message? If so, what does it say?

    Make sure you are connected to the Internet when using both.

    I hope that they still leave Internet Explorer in there? ..at least as an option to keep it..?

    I think it's saying that as I read it more, that IE11 will still be there.
