Windows 10: Updates in instalments

A very good day to anyone who may kindly guide me regarding this updates in instalments issue.

My name is Ibrahim. I am a non-technical person so I shall be grateful if anyone may give a simple answer. I want to know whether Windows 10 updates that are for instance 50% downloaded do they stay in the memory when I restart them a few days or a month later or are these incomplete updates completely erased if I do not download 100% of them in one go. Actually, I have an absence of the availability of a WiFi service and I have to use my limited mobile data to update my PC. Therefore, I only allow 4 GB of mobile data to be used in a month as I have a limited package. Thus, I hoped that the next month when I get a renewed mobile subscription I would again use 4 GB of my mobile data and the 56% of the Windows 10 updates that had already been installed would be in the memory and the system would update from 56% onwards. I have a very simple usage and all my apps are default apps. Lastly, do the Windows 10 updates require a hefty internet data usage every time a new update arrives or is this the case only in the beginning of a Windows? I hope someone will reply as Microsoft has finished the feature of contacting the customer support representative via email and the virtual support is unable to provide any guidance. Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
