Windows 10: Updates not installing

Hello, I hope I can get some help with my computer problems. I have an HP laptop running windows 10. I don't use it but a couple times a month. I started noticing problems about a month ago when I tried running a program that transfers VHS to DVD. I have not used that program in about a year and chalked it up to maybe a problem on the other end. Then I noticed my wireless printer would not work from my computer. Then I checked for updates and saw 24 updates that failed to install. Error code: 0x800703f1.

I somehow managed to get the printer working but under Devises it says my printer driver is unavailable. Same for my iphone when I connect it to transfer pictures to my computer from my iphone.

I have Norton Antivirus and according to that there is no virus. I turned off the antivirus then tried to install the downloads but it did not work.

I have Windows 10 Home Version 1903 64 bit.

Here are a couple of downloads that didn't install:

I am not very knowledgeable concerning computers and really don't understand the technical side but I don't mind trying a few things.

I have ran Windows Troubleshooter- no help.

Tried a few other things no help. I know this is lengthy but I tried to be as accurate as possible.

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
