    Updating apps on Microsoft store


    Hi
    Im having problem using the store, I cant download or update any apps or any kind of media
    The error code is :0x80070002

    I have alredy tried to reset the store
    clear the cache
    change reigon
    enable windows updates on sevice
    and ....
    I contacted with the support and he told me to reset my windows but i dont have access to my product key
    so if you know how to solve my problem please tell me
    And do i even need my product key to reset the windows app from recovery setting ?

    Hi James,

    Since running the troubleshooter for Windows app didn't work, we suggest resetting Windows Store by following the steps below to resolve your issue:

    • Type Apps & features on search box/Cortana and click on it.
    • Look for Microsoft Store app and click on Advance options.
    • Click Reset button and retest.

    Update us with the outcome so we can provide you further assistance.
