Windows 10: updating from version 1511 to 1809

Discus and support updating from version 1511 to 1809 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I'm currently with out my Iphone because if this debauckle of an update I'm on a hp stream note book and I need to upate it from version 1511 to 1809...     I'm currently with out my Iphone because if this debauckle of an update I'm on a hp stream note book and I need to upate it from version 1511 to 1809 but the one update kb800705b4 keeps on crashing and then then the feature update for version 1809 does too ive ran the update trobleshooter at least 3 times I get 3 fixes everytime but it doesn't help I have an error code for support but I can not find any reference to it it so can someone plz give me a solution my sister boy was play with my iPhone and disabled it big time and the only way I can fix it is though itune but I need the newest verion but I need to have version 1809 to get it thus my problem I need my phone for work tomorrow night

    In order to assist you properly, kindly answer the following questions:

    • Just to be clear, are you currently on Windows 10 Version 1511?
    • How are you trying to install the latest version? Can you provide us with the steps you've taken to perform the update?
    • What error message are you getting? Can you give us a screenshot?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you performed so far?
