Windows 10: updating help

HI i am trying to install the last est update for my windows 10 system which is 2020-07 cumulative update preview for windows 10 version 2004 for x64-based systems (kb4568831). The problem i am getting is it goes to 11 then 44 then to 100 and it will restart the update like a loop. I have tired manually installing the update which also fails it looks like it does the same things goes to 11 44 then 100. I have also tired trouble shooting which tells me to restart the pc and try again which does not work. i appreciate any help thanks.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
