Windows 10: Updating laptop to Windows 10

I updated my Samsung Windows Laptop to Windows 10

When it finally finished the installation it loaded the screen but I can't seem to log in?

The laptop is connected to the Internet

I have tried all my passwords but they don't work?

It gives me an "Your PC is offline please sign in with the last password used on the PC"but I don't know what the password is?

Any ideas?

no, you can't go back..
I suggest creating a backup image of your os drive

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
