Windows 10: Updating Realtek Audio Drivers causes a GSON? (since on insider preview)

I recently started my pc and fired up youtube, to my surprise, I heard sound through my Monitor, so I checked the sounds tab and my speakers (headphones in reality) were gone. I checked DM and Realtek HDA was gone, so I installed the drivers. Now, I have a program which updates drivers (i know people are gonna say "dont use it its fake" and stuff, but it does work) and saw that Realtek had the tag "faulty", generally meaning it's pretty outdated. I pressed on update and it started updating, and then after the install was done, there was my nightmare, the GSON or BSOD whatever you have.

With it the "stop code" was: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
and "What failed" was: RTKVHD64.sys.
I searched the stop code website, and well didn't find a solution, I googled on "How to update Realtek" and followed tutorials but it still kept crashing my pc.
I have a problem with this because: I don't want to listen to stuff through my Monitor, especially when gaming. As my last hope I came to this subreddit, so if anyone has an answer, please type it in the comments, I would appreciate it soooo much! Have a nice day everyone!

The Ultimate Realtek HD Audio Driver Mod for Windows 10

I had the realtek error when using the installer, so I did these step and It Worked

1.Go Open up device manager
2. Go under sound,video, and game controllers
3. Find Realtek High Definition Audio
4. Right click and hit update driver
5. Browse my computer for driver software
6. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
7. Click Have Disk and hit browse
8. Click on the Realtek HD Audio mod folder and look for win64
9. Click on the HDXRT4 and click ok,
10. Click Next and Yes
After it is done, restart the PC

You should be good then and also make sure before doing these steps that you have driver enforcement disabled.

Everyone that post ids, need just do these steps and you will be good. I kinda tired of keep on uploading the inf. file
