Windows 10: updating to windows 10 1903 update package

Hello everyone, I have currently 1511 version of windows 10. I want to update it so I downloaded the windows 10 update assistant tool. but the tool is downloading one after another update. so if this goes like this then I don't know how much internet I have to spend to get 1903 update. I have seen Microsoft update catalog update. in that its showing 222mb size for windows 10 1903 update. so can I directly download it and install it. Will, that cause any problem?

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Intel E5200 Gets Updated, R0 Stepping Coming Up

Intel's Pentium Dual-Core E5200 processor is getting on course for a specifications update. The chip will feature in a new, improved Wolfdale-2M core, spec'd out as the R0 stepping, from its current M0 stepping. The new stepping is intended to add new instructions, power-management features, and bring about changes in the chip-package. A short list of known changes is as follows:

• CPUID changed from 10677 to 1067A
• Power State Indicator (PSI) support with Intel 4 series chipsets
• New instructions - XSAVE and XRSTOR
• New S-spec and MM numbers
• New halide-free chip package

Due to the changed CPUID, users may require BIOS updates to detect the CPU. According to the company, E5200 R0 should be out by April 13.

Microsoft to make Windows 10 updates mandatory

Well, at the moment at least, you can choose to defer upgrades. Under Settings > Windows Updates > Advanced options you need to check the box labeled "Defer upgrades". What does that do? Good question. The answer I've found might illuminate it to a degree.

I hear this only applies to Pro and Enterprise editions. But I can't verify that.
